The Brave New World
The Wilhelm Corporation
Founded under a different name in the waning days of World War II, the Wilhelm Corporation was named after its founder, Alhain Wilhelm, a brilliant man, and one of the few recognized true geniuses of the world. The Corporation itself has always suffered as a result, as Wilhelm was eventually revealed to be a vicious, cruel man who had taken extensive advantage of the Allied and Axis peoples during the war, using his position as a neutral broker to benefit himself. While he was executed for war crimes as a result many years later, in 1973, the Wilhelm Corporation was by then such a staple of not only German business, but of Western ones as well. As a result, it still exists today, larger than ever.
Recently, Andrew Williams became head of the corporation at the rather young age of 38. While the corporation now has more clout than ever, it has also become very charitable, with Williams himself a great deal philanthropic than any of his familial predecessors.
